No we are not horny like men.

When I was pregnant with my son, my waking and sleeping hours were dominated by thoughts of sex. My dreams were like one rolling porn movie for about 8 months. Anything remotely sexy was enough for me to disappear for 5 minutes while I sorted myself out. It was during this time that, for the first time (and only unfortunately), I was able to understand what it is like to be a man.

Our sexual libido is usually dictated by our hormones. So when we ovulate or just before our period, or pregnant we have heightened libidos.

Sorry guys, the switch is turned off for us ladies for the majority of the time and sex just does not cross our mind.
